One Love Country Yoga

As a lifetime resident of Halton Hills, Beth-Anne Maxwell is now One Love Country Yoga’s newest students and instructors! 

• Yoga came into Beth-Anne Maxwell’s life at the end of her High school stretch, as  release both physically and mentally from everyday challenges that we all face in our lives! With pressure to excel academically, finding balance with friends, and extra curricular activities Beth-Anne found herself running into dark walls of uncertainty within; seeking acceptance from other sources rather than accepting the shining light within.

• Yoga was the connection that brought Beth-Anne back to HerSELF; and, re-ignited the shining light help others love themselves; and, see that it all Begins Within! After participating in the Government leadership program Katimavik, where she travelled to Jonquiere QC; where she volunteered at Des Aines de Jonquiere Senior Center, Castlegar BC; where she volunteered at Kootenay Family Place Neighbourhood house; and, Peace River AB; where she volunteered as nurse aid at Sutherland Long term care- its no doubt to see that Beth-Anne’s passions involve helping and healing people in all places of life and in all ranges & ages of people!

Rather than the bar or movies for Birthdays or girls night out- why not have a Zen night in? Personalized classes for you and your group for anyBODY and anyone!

• Now, as both a certified Personal Support Worker and Yoga Instructor (in certification) Beth-Anne’s personal “touch” resonates with anyone she meets; and, places them in an accepting warm environment! 

• Beth-Anne started her journey to further expand her knowledge by studying Holistic Health. She will be continuing her academic studies to become a Holistic Health Practitioner-where she hopes to open her own Wellness Center one day!
  
  



• Join Beth-Anne on her amazing journey Thursday nights from 7-8 or 8:30 for classes of FIRE- Focusing on exploring the body and promising a connection to the inner fire within- you will leave both relaxed and rejuvenated!
