Wen at Home; so peaceful!

Wen’s experience of the healing power of yoga was accelerated after she met Yogi Amitram. Amitram taught Wen a healing style of yoga with a focus on Pranayama (expansion of prana, or Chi, or life force) and meditation. Less than 3 weeks after Wen started practicing this healing style of yoga every day, her tears would just start running down like a flood gate had opened inside. Wen’s body felt light, her mind felt calm, and her heart was smiling. Her arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes and seasonal allergies started to disappear. The key to this healing yoga is that when our body is well oxygenated, prana/life force flows freely within; we experience total health and well being.
Wen’s gentle, kinder teaching style has been well received when Wen has shared her love of yoga at Georgetown Seniors Centre, Acton Seniors Centre, Halton Hills Recreation and Parks, Woodhall Retirement Village, Peel Community Living, Datta Yoga Center, Rei of Light, Tamil Art and Technology School, Central Public School, Yoga Loft studio in Brampton, Atlas Yoga studio in Cambridge, and YMCA in Kitchener. Wen is continuously amazed by the power of yoga when people tell her that now they know how to relax, or their backs are no longer bother them, or they had so much energy the whole week after the yoga class …
With the loving support of Wen's amazing teacher Triz Remedios. Wen had a blissful awaken experience of rising of Kundalini- when she met her infinite self face to face in September 2010. "This is our ture nature - peace, love, infinite creatives, eternal bliss. We're not seperated in the deeper level. We're One. One Love!!!" as Wen saw a clear vision right in front of her.
Wen is now wishing to share her love of yoga with many more people in the Halton region and much more beyond.
