Yoga Camp for Kids & Teens
Our intention is to share the gift of yoga with your child - it's all about to be happy from inside out.
We'll breathe deeply like a baby, stand still like a mountain, flow like a river, stretch like a cat, roar like a lion, reaching up to touch the sky, and to radiant our hearts to light the whole sky ...
Other than yoga time, we'll also have fun with dance, singing, music, nature walks, swimming ... all in a comfortable, relaxed, fun, safe, playful, and nurturing environment.
